Check Availability
Use the real-time calendar on each product page to confirm availability for your wedding date.
Book your Arch
Submit a booking request directly from the product page of your chosen arch.
Receive Your Rental Contract & Invoice
Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a rental contract along with the final invoice for payment.
Complete Your Booking
Secure your rental by paying the invoice in full. We offer flexible payment options, Klarna, Affirm and Paypal are available for convenient financing.
Confirmation & Delivery
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all reservation and payment details. On your wedding day, our team will deliver and set up your arch with the utmost care and professionalism.
Post-Event Pickup
Once your celebration is over, we’ll return to pick up the arch, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
- To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer is required. This fee is included in the rental price and helps protect against cancellations, ensuring your reservation is guaranteed.
- A fully refundable security deposit is held and returned once the arch is picked up in its original condition.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur a 40% cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is free up to 15 days before your wedding, subject to availability. Changes within 15 days may be accommodated for a late rescheduling fee.
